Vikki Carr – En Español / Hoy

This Latin American pressing combines two collections of Vikki Carr’s Spanish-language recordings, bringing together romantic Latin pop and ballads from the early-to-mid 1970s. The first side features classics such as “Y Volveré,” “Somos Novios,” “Se Acabó,” “Ahora Que Soy Libre,” and “El Triste,” while the second side continues with material from Hoy (Today), including “Sin Saber Por Qué (The Way We Were),” “Grande, Grande, Grande,” “Amanece,” “La Nave del Olvido,” and “Pero Te Extraño.” The photographed copy is a Peruvian CBS pressing, manufactured by Industrial Sono-Radio S.A. in Lima.
